This Better Buzz is the BEES (😂) knees! Everytime I come here I have to try their sweet, sweet nectar... I prefer to even the most delectable and delightful flower on a summer evening. As a vegan lover of the Earth and all things living, I appreciate the attention to detail on respecting my spiritual and dietary priorities, that I am able to consume tasty and nutritious beverages and bites without compromising my wishes for world peace. There is a special care and intention put into each and every drink, one with which a Starbucks, Dunkin, Tea Leaf, Peet's, or any other, could compete. I've tried drinks which simply put me into a state of blissful nirvana, one which I've seldom attained besides in the wispy green mountains rife with sage where I meditated in my youth. This is rightfully followed by a culinary exploration into breakfast or baked goods or sandwiches or whatever your wildest imagination could dream. The workers, their smiles, their demeanors, their calm and collected, yet prompt and effective, energies... they complete the entirety of this luxxe and unique dining and drinking bazaar. I’m a huge better buzz supporter, but my drive-thru experience here this morning really left me feeling disappointed. The cold foam I ordered for my drink was initially missing, and while my drink was promptly corrected, it was handed back to me quite literally overflowing and dripping everywhere. As a barista, I would’ve liked a little more effort to make sure my car (and lap) didn’t end up a mess.

This was the most amazing coffee I’ve had in years! So glad I stopped by. In a perfect example of brain fog, I pulled up to the drive-thru menu, decided what I wanted, and then drove straight to the pickup window wondering why nobody was there. After a slightly embarrassing amount of confusion, I realized... I had never actually ordered. 🤦‍♀️ Thankfully, the woman working there was incredibly kind, took my order right at the window, and had a delicious coffee in my hands in no time. Great coffee, great service, and apparently a very patient staff for customers who forget one tiny detail like placing an order. 😅 If you're in the area and need a good cup of coffee, definitely stop by. You won't be disappointed!

Omfg this place is busy at 8am on a Saturday and I made the mistake of thinking the message I received that my order was ready would mean it actually was ready. And that time was already 3-4 minutes later than when the app said it would be ready. Turns out it wasn’t ready for another 13 minutes after I got that message. So instead of being comfortably on time for the rest of my morning, I’m in a panic to get to my next appointment on time. If I hadn’t already paid for everything in the app, I would have just cancelled it. Sigh. The workers are doing the best they can and there’s a screen where they can see how many cars are in line, how long each order takes, etc so I can see why they’re motivated to tell me my order is ready significantly before it actually is! And the space is super tiny so I don’t know if they’d be able to hire more people to work in the back even if they wanted to. I guess I just wish they were more honest and realistic about time expectations so I could plan accordingly.

While in town visiting I stayed at a place nearby this location and ended up getting coffee from them everyday. Each time my order was made super quickly and even when there were 4 cars ahead of us, we didn’t have to wait long at all. The coffee is very delicious! My favorite was the vanilla bean latte or the mocha latte. If you’re going to go here more than once then definitely sign up for their rewards! Thanks for the great service!
